I tailor events for Corporates and Groups, combining mindfulness and ‘golf’ techniques.

The events can also be tailored around mindfulness only, and I have taken groups on Mindfulness tours around Binna Burra. These tours have included breath work, nature walks, journaling, stories, and refreshments. A great way to get back to nature and de-stress.

Throw in Golf, and we have fun pitching a foam golf ball while practising focus.

MINDFUL IN MINUTES

Mindfulness workshops to understand mindfulness techniques to introduce into every day activities for better brain and body connection and functioning.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Each participant can expect to learn mindfulness skills and techniques in the first hour of the session. Each session will be dedicated to a different mindfulness technique ranging from “Breath work”, “Focussing”, “Inner confidence”, “Self belief”, “Visualising”, “positive judgment”, “being present” “crisis, what crisis”, “playing to win”, “calm”, “noticing”, “good habits”, “stress – less”, etc…

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING ALONG?

Each participant will need to wear:

  • Comfortable flat shoes (eg runners)
  • Comfortable and loose clothing (eg polo shirt or loose t-shirt)
  • Bring a light jacket or jumper for the first hour of the mindfulness indoor session
  • Wear a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses for the second hour of the session involving the outdoor golf activity

  • Bring a bottle of water. Hydration is super important.
