Mindful in Minutes
Mindful in Minutes was born from two passions: my love of golf; and my passion for imparting techniques for greater mental health and wellness. My late uncle introduced me to golf when I was 26. He invited me to “have a hit” with him around the course and I thank him each time I step out onto the course. He gave me the time and patience to build my confidence on the course and now I have the opportunity to do the same for others. Building confidence and self-belief is a huge part of mindfulness in golf. Being in the moment and noticing, visualising and building mindful resilience are skills to apply to golf and so many aspects of life.
